'07 Scion tC

The 2007 Scion tC is a budget-friendly sport hatchback.

What's new for 2007 is that the Scion tC is more stripped down and has a less expensive trim level. This economy-priced vehicle has metallic accents, power features and an outside temperature display.

The 2007 Scion tC comes in 2 trims - the Spec (which is the stripped down base model) and the Base trim. The Spec 's standard features include 16 inch wheels, a fixed-glass roof, air conditioning, 60/40 split folding reclining seats, keyless entry, power accessories and outside temperature gauge, a Pioneer sound system with CD player and auxiliary input jack for satellite radio. The Base trim has 17 inch alloy wheels, power moonroof, cruise control and one-touch up/down windows.

Factory options include a side airbag package. Dealer-installed options include a CD changer, satellite radio, subwoofer and a lighting kit for the footwell.

Safety features include a first aid kit and driver's knee airbag.

This hatchback gets 22 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway and is very roomy, with lots of legroom in the front and back.
