2008 Scion tC

The 2008 Scion tC has undergone a lot of changes, especially when compared to the 2007 model. While a lot of these changes take place on the exterior of the car, the interior of the 2008 tC is definitely nothing to sneeze at, either. This model comes with sleek silver accents and brand new seat fabric, as well as some high-tech standard changes, such as iPod connectivity and a Pioneer sub-woofer.

All in all, the 2008 Scion tC can fit five passengers, and comfort is ensured thanks to height and thigh adjustments for the driver seat, three-point seatbelts and head restraints, and rear seats which can recline up to forty five degrees. Other standard features include keyless entry, air conditioning, cruise control, Pioneer stereo (to perfectly compliment the sub-woofer, of course), and power windows, power locks, and even power mirrors.

The 2008 tC also has more room than most of the formal models. One of the recurring themes is that both the front and backseats can be folded down, but the difference is that, in the 2008 model, this gives the owner almost nine extra feet of space.

2007 Scion tC

Rated as one of the quickest cars in 2007, the 2007 Scion tC is a winner all the way across the board. Drivers consider this car assertive, especially given its size, and praise its 2.4 liter and 161 horsepower engine.

Drivers and critics alike also love the easy handling of its manual five speed transmission, as well as the numerous, intuitive dashboard controls, including deep-set gauges which are very easy to read. The 2007 tC comes complete with seats in both the front and the back which can be folded flat.

The 2007 Scion tC’s drivers also praise the way this car drives, with a smooth, soft ride, due in part to the relative heaviness of the body, unusual on such a small, sleek vehicle. Unlike some smaller cars, both the front seats and backseats of the 2007 tC offer support and comfort, ideal for short jaunts and for longer drives.

2006 Scion tC

For the most part, the 2006 Scion tC is geared towards younger drivers, namely those whom are interested in a sporty coupe which comes at an affordable price. Scion designers kept the exterior of the Scion tC simple.

Above all, this model is designed to be a “blank canvas,” so that people who are into hot-rods and serious car customization can do whatever they like to the exterior without ever worrying that it will be too much or that it will not look good.

Given the low price of the 2006 tC, there are several remarkable amenities offered, such as the roof, which is made of panorama glass and filters up to ninety seven percent of UV rays and a whopping one hundred percent of infrared – a very important addition in these days when too much sunlight can be harmful.

The exterior of the car is also designed to give the feel of a sedan rather than a coupe, thanks to long doors and rear windows. This does not take away from the car’s sleek build, but rather enhances it, making the 2006 Scion tC a streamlined, tight looking car.
